Academic Achievers Include 37 Scholar-Athletes

A total of 37 Ohio State football players, each with at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA were honored Wednesday evening at the Ohio Union as part of the 45th annual OSU Scholar-Athlete banquet.

Simon Named to Lott IMPACT Award watch list

John Simon has been named to the Lott IMPACT Trophy watch list for the second consecutive year. Simon, an exercise science major from Youngstown, Ohio (Cardinal Mooney), was a semifinalist last year for the award that equally recognizes athletic performance and the personal character attributes of the player.
